Country Spice Christmas is owned and operated by Jim and Norma Corliss. Jim and Norma have been growing and harvesting Christmas trees at Piper Mountain for over 35 years. They have owned Country Spice Christmas for over 20 years. Jim is a past President of the National Christmas Tree Association.

The Christmas tree for the Blue Room One of Jim’s duties as president of the National Christmas Tree Association was to present the Christmas tree for the Blue Room of the White House to The First Lady. In December 2002, Jim and Norma met with George and Laura Bush inside the Oval Office.
